My name is Dale Carroll, and I founded Short Fuse Studios in 2013 with the thought that I would be a comic book creator. I attended my first comic con at Wizard World Austin and had a 16 page black and comic that I only managed to sell to my friends. However, it was October and so I had some classic horror icons that I had drawn in charcoal on my table. For the rest of the weekend I was known as "the horror guy". That theme has stuck with me to this day.

 Since then I have expanded my medium to use watercolor, and I'm drawing an equal amount of musicians as well.
